The Lombard Company can provide general contracting services under the
following approaches:
Design Build
The Lombard Company works with a client and architect to assess the
client's needs and, as a team, implements a construction program to meet the
client's requirements.
Cost Plus a Fee Contract
The Lombard Company is brought in early during the design phase to work
with the client and the architect to develop budgets and cost various
options. Final plans are completed and the project is completed on an "open
book" basis.
Competitive Bid/Lump Sum Approach
The Lombard Company prepares a fixed lump sum bid from the plans
prepared by the client's architect/design firm.
The Lombard Company has the capabilities to self-perform selective
demolition, concrete, carpentry and architectural precast concrete work
under all of the above approaches.
