Lombard Architectural Precast Products Co. was awarded a $5 million dollar contract for the fabrication and erection of the architectural precast concrete for the multi-story Clarian IU Cancer Center, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 94,000 square foot building is clad with 900 panels in a combination of brick clad panels, limestone clad panels, and exposed acid-etched precast concrete panels. The new facility will have the capacity for 80 new cancer treatment beds, for both in-patient and out-patient care, facilities for up to 40 patients receiving chemotherapy, as well as many other patient and family amenities.
